Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons and new release periods, processing may take longer.

Pre-sale Policy

Pre-sale items are marked clearly on the product page and may require extra production time. If your order includes in-stock and pre-sale items, shipment may be split depending on availability.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Please contact us first to receive return instructions before shipping any item back.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available for eligible costumes when stock is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping to us; we cover replacement shipping for approved exchanges within the U.S.

Refund Policy

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
